Consultation Charges
We provide free initial consultations with our licensed Illinois medical providers. You will not be charged for scheduling or attending your first evaluation.
When You Are Billed
You will only be charged once you choose to move forward with your medical marijuana evaluation and the provider has approved your certification. Billing will occur after you provide informed consent and confirm your order for the evaluation and recommendation.
Certification & Prescription Refunds
Due to the nature of medical marijuana certifications and prescriptions—both considered legal medical documents—we cannot offer refunds once they have been issued. All sales are final in accordance with Illinois medical cannabis laws.
Cancellations
- If you choose not to proceed after your consultation and before payment, no charges will apply.
- If you have already paid but need to cancel before your certification has been processed, contact us immediately at contact@illinoismmjdoctor.com
- Once your certification is issued, refunds are not possible.
Issues with Service or Documentation
If there is an issue with your certification, documentation, or service (e.g., incorrect information in your paperwork), please notify our support team within 7 days of receiving your documents. We will promptly correct any errors and ensure your certification is valid and accurate.
